Ng Kok Song

Founder Chairman, WMI

Ng Kok Song, Group Chief Investment Officer of GIC, has been involved with the investment of Singapore’s foreign reserves for 40 years, beginning with the Ministry of Finance (1970–71), then the Monetary Authority of Singapore (1972–86), and GIC since 1986. Mr Ng was the founder chairman of the Singapore International Monetary Exchange in 1983, which is now part of the Singapore Exchange. He is also the founder chairman of WMI, a board member of the Singapore Labour Foundation, and an adviser to Agency France Tresor.
